A new community mall focused on sustainable retail and lifestyle is coming soon to Dubai.

The Villa Square will feature a curated mix of retail stores, family-friendly dining options, landscaping zones, plus wellness and leisure zones.

Spread across 124,000 square feet of built-up area, the mall will be located at Wadi Al Safa 5 – ideal for nearby residential clusters at The Villa community, in addition to attracting visitors from across Dubai.

The Spanish-inspired design focuses on natural light, open spaces and indoor-outdoor flow, creating an environment that is welcoming, contemporary and aligned with the needs of modern families.

It is currently under development and scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026.

Luxury real estate developer KeyMavens Group is delivering the project, and they say that it will be one of Dubai’s most distinctive boutique retail and community destinations once completed.

The property developer’s website also reveals that it will have a rooftop swimming pool, fine-dining restaurants and attract wellness seekers.

The mall will make use of sustainable construction methods to reduce energy consumption with natural stone façades, thermal-insulated walls, and heat-reflective glass, all incorporated into the design.

Eng. Munthir Al Ali, Chairman of KeyMavens Group, hopes the project will bring together the community.
